Hamzeh Hussein
Hamzeh Hussein
Physiotherapy Manager

Hamzeh is a highly qualified physiotherapist graduated in 2006, he has spent 12 years working in top private clubs and Centers. Hamzeh has worked alongside professional teams and athletes in rugby, skiing and Football. Hamzeh combines hands on treatment with latest evidence based rehabilitation techniques, to ensure his patients are not just treated but cured!

He has completed many additional training courses in:

  • ACE Certified Trainer
  • Rehab Trainer
  • XLR8 silver and bronze
  • Strength and weight lifting techniques
  • Kiensio taping techniques
  • Fascial release
  • Mulligan
  • Cyriax
  • MET

In the past few years hamzah has focused on using his experience to help the patients in manage and prevent their injuries.

He had worked with our prior head of Department Mr. David Baston and now he plays a lead role heading up our Physiotherapy team and developing new services.

Eleni Latanioti
Eleni Latanioti

Ms. Eleni is a HAAD licensed Physiotherapist, who has 9 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy both in Greece and UAE. She holds a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy from Technological Educational Institute of Patras, Greece-2009.

Her expertise lies in amputations as well as knee, shoulder and ankle injuries/surgeries.

Eleni also holds multiple certificates in areas like myofascial release, dry needling, medical taping and clinical diagnosis.

She has also participated in various research projects, presented in congresses and has multiple publications.

Her field of interest is sport injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, conditioning, and general health.

Mona Ali
Mona Ali

Mona is a professional physiotherapist specialized in sports injuries as and musculoskeletal disorders.

In 2016 Mona Ali awarded the Master of Science in sports and exercises physiotherapy by Cardiff University, United Kingdom.

She has also certificate of sports trauma management by LUBAS-medical training, in 2015 Cardiff, United Kingdom.

Her career focuses on the acquisition of high quality clinical reasoning skills and the development of innovative ideas with different certificates.

Mona Ali is a member of Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine, UK. Member of general physical therapy syndicate in Cairo, Egypt.

She worked as a senior physiotherapist in American hospital Dubai 2012-2014. She also worked as a physiotherapist for sports and orthopaedic disorders in Egypt 2007-2010 immediately after awarded her bachelor degree in Cairo 2007.

Sherlyne Francisco
Sherlyne Francisco

Sherlyne graduated in year 2000 with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She has practiced 9 years in outpatient and inpatients orthopedics, with an extensive amount of experience in areas of functional dynamic movement analysis, sports medicine, and surgical and non-surgical pain management.

Her philosophy towards treatment combines an individualized care program including therapeutic exercises to gain independent management of pain and improve mobility as well as functionality.

Her passion is improving the physical well-being through individualized care, compassion, and personal attentiveness.

Angelina Lukaszenko

Angelina has over 5 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy and she has a master degree holder as physiotherapist from Warsaw Medical University. She is focused a lot on the biomechanical, physiological point of view at the human body. She is DOH licensed physiotherapist worked in both Poland and UAE.

During the education at the University, Angelina put her attention mostly at science in rehabilitation field that’s why she attends like a speaker in a lot of conferences (ESSKA Barcelona 2016, Kiev 2016, Warsaw 2014-2016, Istanbul during final four championships 2017) and meetings (main topic: rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction and biomechanical analysis like a gait measurement, muscle torque, stabilization measurements)

Nowadays she is a member of medical and education groups (connected with medicine and physiotherapy in the world like ISACOS – International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, ESSKA- European Society for Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy, UNICEF- The United Nations Children’s Fund) and an ambassador of physiotherapy under ESMA- ESSKA (European Sports Medicine Associates)

She wants to continue her education by joining the scientific programs and providing research connected with University about ACL to be graduated as a PhD, in the field of physiotherapy. Her field of interest are: sport injuries, biomechanical analysis.
